Rebate Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
This offer is valid for eligible products purchased from Faraday Future’s official website or official Amazon store between October 15, 2026, and October 31, 2026.
Claims must be submitted online within 30 calendar days of the purchase date, and no later than Nov 30, 2026.
This offer is available only to customers with mailing addresses in the United States.

2. Rebate Amount
Rebate amounts vary depending on the eligible product purchased. The applicable rebate amounts are listed below:

Approved claims will receive the rebate amount listed above for the eligible product purchased, subject to the eligibility and verification requirements set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

3. Proof of Purchase
Order details must show the seller, order number, purchase date, purchaser’s name, and eligible product.
The name entered under “Name on Order” must match the purchase record. Additional information may be requested to verify your claim.

4. Claim Limits
Limit one rebate per eligible household. Duplicate claims for the same address will not be approved.
Canceled orders and returned or refunded products are not eligible.
If you return the product or receive a refund after a rebate has been issued, you must return the rebate or its equivalent value. Faraday Future reserves the right to recover any rebate issued for a returned or refunded product.

5. Review and Approval
All claims are subject to verification. Submitting a claim does not guarantee approval. Incomplete or unverifiable claims may be delayed or denied.
Claims will be reviewed and processed within 30 calendar days of submission. Customers will receive an email notification confirming the final approval or denial of their rebate claim.

6. Rebate Payment and Delivery
Approved rebates will be issued as follows:

• Rebates under $1,000: A physical Visa gift card will be mailed to the customer.
• Rebates of $1,000 or more: A company check will be mailed to the customer.

Approved rebates will be mailed within 15 calendar days of the date the rebate approval email is sent.

The gift card or check will be mailed to the address provided in the rebate claim form, which may differ from the original order’s shipping address.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete recipient name and mailing address. Checks will be made payable to the verified purchaser.

Visa gift cards are issued for promotional purposes, are not redeemable for cash, and are subject to the card issuer’s terms and conditions, including any applicable fees and expiration terms [to be confirmed with the card issuer].

7. Promotion Changes
Faraday Future reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time. Any changes will not affect valid claims for eligible purchases already made before such changes take effect.

8. Privacy
We collect your name, mailing address, email address, phone number and purchase information only to review and verify your claim, send your rebate, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax requirements.

We share this information only with service providers that help us administer the rebate, and we do not sell or share it or use it for marketing without your separate consent.

We keep claim records for 3 years.
