SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, destination, carrier conditions, and seasonal demand.
Customers should inspect products upon delivery and report shipping damage, missing items, or packaging concerns within 15 business days after receiving receipt.
Faraday Future is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information, address changes after shipment, carrier delays, weather events, customs restrictions, or force majeure events.
Repair or replacement timelines may vary depending on parts availability, supplier support, logistics conditions, engineering review requirements, or technical inspection.
RETURN POLICY
All purchased through official Faraday Future sales channels or authorized reseller platforms may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval.
Eligible Returns:
• Defective or damaged products upon arrival or
• Incorrect items received or
• Products returned with included accessories
and Return requests submitted within the approved return window
Non-Eligible Returns:
• Products damaged by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper handling, or unsupported software/configuration changes or
• Missing accessories or components or
• Excessive wear, abuse, or physical damage
Or Returns submitted outside the approved return period
Returned products may be subject to inspection and restocking review. Products returned with missing packaging, excessive wear, customer-caused damage, or incomplete accessories may be ineligible for full refund or may be subject to reasonable refund reductions were permitted by applicable law and disclosed return conditions.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Returns requested for customer preference reasons, including changed mind, accidental purchase, no longer needed, or dissatisfaction unrelated to product performance, are considered customer-remorse returns. In such cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, including any freight or oversized shipping charges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the returned product is confirmed to be defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly shipped by the seller, Faraday Future will cover the return shipping cost by providing a prepaid return label or approved reimbursement.
REFUND POLICY
Once the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s payment provider, financial institution, or marketplace platform.
Proof of purchase may be required for return, refund, replacement, or warranty claims.
REPLACEMENT POLICY
Approved replacement requests will be processed based on product availability and operational review.
Consistent with applicable law and available warranty rights, Faraday Future reserves the right to repair, replace, refurbish, or exchange products following review of the reported issue and product condition.
Customers may be required to complete troubleshooting procedures prior to replacement authorization.
WARRANTY POLICY
Faraday Future robotic products include 12-month covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use.
Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased through official Faraday Future channels or authorized sellers.
Warranty coverage eligibility will be evaluated by Faraday Future following reasonable product inspection, diagnostic review, and assessment of the reported condition and applicable warranty terms.
The warranty does not cover:
• Accidental damage
• Cosmetic wear and tear
• Water or liquid damage
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Unsupported software development or configuration changes
• Alteration of system files or communication settings
• Developer mode access or unsupported firmware modifications
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper operation
• Damage caused by fire, flooding, electrical surges, or external events
Faraday Future has experienced operational cases involving unsupported software or configuration modifications which rendered systems inoperable and required factory engineering intervention. Such conditions may not be covered under warranty.
Warranty terms, return eligibility, or support processes may differ for commercial, institutional, beta, educational, or development program use cases.
SOFTWARE, CONNECTIVITY & DATA
Certain product features may require internet connectivity, cloud services, software updates, mobile applications, or third-party services which may change or become unavailable over time.
Customers are responsible for removing personal information, account credentials, WiFi/network settings, uploaded data, or stored content prior to product return or service processing.
Faraday Future is not responsible for loss of customer data stored on returned products.
